Enjoy a Real Holiday IN A REAL ISLAND

An ancient lava stone building built in 1800 inside a small beam, 50 meters from the village square, in a quiet area not accessible to cars. An ancient oven, of which some testimonies still remain, dating back to when the island was a place of confinement. A complex intervention of redevelopment and architectural restoration in compliance with the original characteristics. A large apricot tree shade the relaxation space. A large and elegant terraced garden on the southern side of the building, with lawn areas, fruit trees, plants and typical Mediterranean essences. The atmosphere that is created is suggestive and very relaxing and comfortable. In our Baglio you can enjoy a real island holiday and practice various activities including snorkeling and diving.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS IN ADDITION TO THE REQUESTED AMOUNT?

No, the price includes all the costs of consumption of electricity, water and anything else and are also provided sheets and towels that will be replaced for stays longer than a week.

IS BOOKING FROM THE SITE WORTHWHILE?

Yes, it contains the best prices. Contact the host and ask about any offers. Discounts are available for groups and stays weekly or longer.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?

Yes, a deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is paid by bank transfer. You will receive at the time of booking a confirmation email with the data.

IN CASE OF IMPEDIMENTS TO STAY DUE TO COVID DO I LOSE THE DEPOSIT?

No, in this case you will be refunded the deposit in full or you will be offered the opportunity to change the dates of your holiday

ARE CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED?

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in from 14.00 to 18.00. If the room is ready upon arrival of the customer, check-in is immediate. Check-out by 10.00. Guests can leave their luggage in the property before check-in and after check-out. Alternatively there is a service of the Municipality of luggage storage at the port.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY THE BILL FOR THE STAY?

On the day of arrival.

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE APARTMENTS?

Yes, all apartments have hot/cold heat pumps in each room included in the price, but it is forbidden to leave them running when the apartment is not occupied.

At 250 meters approx. from the structure.

ARE THERE GROCERY STORES NEAR THE PROPERTY?

The structure is 50 meters from the central square of the village where you will find food, bakery, fruit and vegetables, bars, trattorias, tobacconists and so on.

WHERE ARE THE OFFICES OF THE MARINE PROTECTED AREA LOCATED?

They are located in the square 50 meters from the property.
